Registration Information

Conference Fee

There is a fee of €175,- charged per participant and also per accompanying person. 

You have to register and book the hotel for each person separately and pay online by credit card.

NOTE: Registration and payment is only possible before the conference. We can only guarantee your hotel booking during the INGSM-9 conference after you paid the conference fee and hotel costs.


The conference fee includes:

  • Programme book
  • 3 Lunches
  • 1 Diner
  • 2 Technical Tours to NRG in Petten
  • Excursion with Conference Diner in Amsterdam
  • Coffee/tea during breaks

Registration cancellation

For written cancellations received before August 1, 2008, registration fees will be fully refunded. For written cancellations received between August 1 and September 1, the registration fee is 100 euro.
