Information for Speakers
  • All presentation will be held in the Beatrixzaal. Right across the registration desk.
     
  • Duration of presentations: 20 min. including discussion.
     
  • The lecture room is equipped with a beamer connected to a laptop with CD drive and USB stick. No other laptops may be connected to the beamer. On the laptop, Windows XP, PowerPoint and Acrobat are installed. Speakers who wish to use the beamer are requested to upload their presentation on the laptop in the Lecture Room where their presentation is scheduled well in advance of their session. They may ask for assistance at the Conference Registration Desk.
